Absolutely! We’re happy to offer our services to the general public. these are typically defined as one-off jobs that aren’t in the defense, engery, aerospace and space industries. If you aren’t sure our services are right for you, simply contact us. Even if we aren’t a good fit, we’ll try to point you in the right direction.

For orders under $1,000, we typically ask for payment upon completion of work, unless there’s an agreed upon contract. For orders over $1,000, we do NET 30 payment terms.

Typically, we can achieve tolerances from ±0.005″ (±0.125mm) to ±0.002″ (±0.05mm) but factors such as part size, design geometry, materials, surface finish can impact the final result.

Some parts can be made and delivered within days. We always strive for quick, above standard leads time, however, each project depends on part size, quantity required, and finishing requirements. We’ll offer an estimated completion time, but if your project is urgent, let us know.

We do not charge for quotes. It’s important to deliver an accurate quote that you feel confident in. There’s no obligation to order.

None. There’s no minimum requirement. We can offer individual orders for prototypes up to high-volume production.

As needed, we can sign an NDA with customers who require this documentation. Regardless of an active NDA, we keep all customer information confidential.

Every project has a Senior Project Manager, Senior Engineer, and Senior Quality Manager who will oversee all phases from quote to final inspection.

Valkyrie Machining is capable of providing an assortments of post-production finishes including: Sanding and polishing, blasting and brushing, painting and printing, and specialty surface treatments including laser etching, anodizing, electroplating, chroming, chemical finishing, powder coating, etc.

Quality assurance starts from the beginning – with proper communication. During all phases of the production process, we’ll address any quality concerns, offer professional advice, and cost-saving suggestions from materials and designs. Upon order confirmation, we’ll conduct a comprehensive DMF (Design for Manufacturing) analysis to discover if there are any issues our engineers believe may affect the end-product. With real-time data sharing capabilities, we’re able to collaborate with you to address any quality issues that may arise during production. Rest assured, all materials will adhere to your design specifications.  Prior to shipment, we provide final shipment reports.
